I was scared being so far away that the price may be to good to be true, but I was constantly being replied by on emails and texts very quick to answer all my questions. They came through with every thing they said including the price, they even made it possible to be picked up on a Saturday morning. I would recommend plain ol’ Trailers to anyone looking to get a new trailer for a good price. My wife and I are very happy with ours!

When searching for a trailer, Jorge at Plain Ol’ Trailers is the easy button!
When I began searching for a cargo trailer I was getting nowhere fast. Trying to find everything I needed in one trailer meant sacrificing something else. l eventually found Jorge and provided a list of must haves and additional options l’d be interested in. Within an hour he had several trailers identified and full specs in my email. I even completely switched things up a couple times yet still received the same prompt and professional support, every single time. The trailer I finally settled on far exceeded the base specs I provided and at an amazing price. Oh, and he did all of that at the drop of a hat!
I am very happy with the trailer but the star of the show was Jorge. His prompt communication, patience, and dedication to old fashioned customer service was what made it all happen. Thanks so much!

I purchased a somewhat custom trailer from Plain Ol’ Trailers. There was a little struggle getting the correct color (not their fault) so, they called and offered up a color that was close enough. Also, Rebecca, the salesperson I was dealing with explained how I could save money on the ramp by going with a little smaller flap that eliminated the need for extra springs. All in all, my experience was very positive and easy. Kudos!

Jorge was amazing throughout the sale process and assisting with keys 6 months later. It has been one year and one week with the trailer and the sidewall ripped off the front of the driver’s side. Being in Indiana, taking it back to Plain Ol’ Trailers was unfortunately out of the question. We took it to a place here in Indiana and Plain Ol’ Trailers is reimbursing us for the materials used to repair the trailer. Easy to deal with. Called on the phone talk to jorge explain details and what I needed in my trailer. A few months later received a call and email my trailer was done. I went down pick it up on a Friday morning everything on the trailer was what i wanted and vision. Trailer came out better than I expected. They use new polycore walls so your trailer is smooth and not all wavy like other make trailers you see going down the road. Am satisfied with the smooth transaction and trailer
